At Home Evaluation
Before we start training, all dogs receive a free in home evaluation to asses the dogs temperament & current skill level
Introduction
After your dogs evaluation, we go over the options together on which package fits best for you & your dog.
Training
We begin a weekly step-by-step training process that has been time tested & proven successful for any breed & age.
Progress
Weekly tests are given by your trainer to ensure the success of your training program.
Assistance
Trainers are on-call via text & email to answer any questions that may arise during the training program.
Graduation
After the training program has been completed and the dog proves all commands on command, your dog will then have graduated from our AZ Dog Boss Training Academy and will be presented with proof of completion.

Welcome to our AZ Dog Boss Training FAQs! We’ve compiled a list of our most commonly asked questions about dog training to help you get started.
There are a few correct answers here:
You can start drive building as young as 6 to 8 weeks.
Commands such as Sit and Come can be trained from 8 to 10 weeks old.
Flat collar and leash training can start at 10 weeks old.
E-collar training can start between 16 to 24 weeks.
Scent training is best started very young. At 2 to 4 weeks scents should begin to be introduced to the puppy. ie: samples of sweat, saliva, ext.
The short answer, NO.
In todays world we utilize technology in every aspect of our lives, why wouldn't we in training our furry friends? The devise is a tens unit, just like the one used in physical therapy.
We find the lowest level or "base line" to where you dog responds. It is not used to injure or negatively correct your doggo.
Yes, all dogs can be trained in good obedience and basic manners.
In fact, all dog deserve basic obedience training, it actually helps with their overall mental and physical well being.
Your dog will need to be evaluated by an experienced trainer to determine its trainability, temperament and many other aspects.
The amount of time it takes to train a dog depends on the individual dog, the training goals, and the actual dog trainer. Some dogs may learn quickly, while others may take longer. Generally, the more consistent you are with your training methods, the faster your dog will learn. This is why we only do 1 to 1 training in our AZ Boss Boss programs, and make sure we consistently training your dog over several weeks to reinforce key components to insure your dog has a fluent understanding of all the commands we have trained for.
Some of the most important commands AZ Dog Boss Trainers teach your dog are sit, place, and recall. These commands plus more are included in every package we train dogs with.
These commands will help you to control your dog’s behavior and keep them safe.
